We will schedule a blood test for you at a local lab facility. Payment of 50$ is due prior to scheduling of test. ( in select cases the option for saliva testing or “at home” fingerstick blood testing may be available for those unable to tolerate blood testing or travel to the nearest lab)
After testing indicates a need for testosterone replacement therapy we will require a physical exam from your local medical provider. An exam form is provided in “forms” section of website or your medical provider may use their own form
After receipt of the completed physical exam form we will schedule a consult over video conference and/or phone to review recommendations for treatment.
Once a treatment plan is agreed upon we will take payment for the first month of treatment. Next, any medications needed for treatment will be ordered from a nationally licensed US pharmacy. The pharmacy will then ship medications promptly to patient via UPS.
